Small space, big harvest

In Glen Eira we're fortunate to have several community gardens where you can drop in, see what's growing and learn something new.

Small or non-existent backyard? No worries! With some clever planning, your courtyard or balcony can be a highly productive garden.

Learn how to plan and design a small space garden, utilising raised beds, pots and containers. You’ll be able to take a look at what is growing well in the raised garden beds at the community gardens. Karen will also talk through choosing the best plants for small spaces.

This workshop is hosted by Murrumbeena Community Garden with support from Glen Eira City Council.
