Electric wheelchair or scooter Recharge Scheme

The Recharge Scheme is designed to help the local community by providing access to charging points for electric wheelchairs and scooters. We’ve set up four convenient charging stations within the Glen Eira area.

The charging points can be found inside these locations:

  • Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub
  • Elsternwick Library
  • Carnegie Library and Community Centre
  • Caulfield Library

Look for the sign at the entrance and inside the building. Locations are not available 24 hours a day so please check the operational hours.
