    How to raise issues with us

    We welcome your ideas, input and feedback. There are a range of ways you can raise issues with us and influence our decisions.

    You can contact our Service Centre by calling 9524 3333, completing an online enquiry or emailing mail@gleneira.vic.gov.au

    Operating hours:
    Monday, Wednesday to Friday: 8am–5.30pm
    Tuesday: 8am–7.15pm

    Contact a Councillor

    The easiest way to raise an issue with one of our Councillors is to contact them directly. Councillors also attend a range of Council and community events, giving you the chance to raise issues with them.

    Submit a question at a Council meeting

    As a valued member of the public, you can submit a question online, or by letter, fax or email. We will incorporate your question in full (including all personal information) into the agenda and minutes of the relevant Council meeting.

    Lodge a formal request or complaint

    You can lodge a customer request or complaint in person at our Service Centre, or by telephone or email.
