We offer a range of flexible working arrangements which aim to balance your work and life commitments.

Flexible working arrangements

We offer a range of flexible work options that can be requested and considered. These include:

  • flexible start and finishing times, as well as time in lieu arrangements, where practicable
  • work from home (depending on the nature of the work and operational impacts)
  • job-share arrangement, where two or more of our employers share one full-time job, each can work part-time on a regular, ongoing basis.

We offer baby care facilities in our workplace

If you need to care for your baby’s needs, we have dedicated facilities available.

If you run out of designated holidays, you can request to 'purchase' additional leave (voluntarily) by reducing your annual salary.
