    An Ordinary Meeting of Council for Glen Eira City Council will be held at 7.30 pm, Tuesday 13 December 2022 in the Council Chambers (420 Glen Eira Road, Caulfield).

    Urgent business item — 32-46 Huntley Road, Bentleigh

    On 9 August 2022 Council issued a Notice of Refusal for a planning permit application at 32-46 Huntley Road, Bentleigh.

    A review of this decision has been lodged to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). The VCAT hearing starts 31 January 2023 and will run for six days.  

    The applicant has now circulated amended plans for substitution at the VCAT hearing as the decision plans.

    Council is required to form a position on the amended plans which will be brought to Council on 13 December 2022 during Urgent Business.

    Entry is via the Clocktower entrance, Corner Hawthorn and Glen Eira Roads. Face masks are strongly recommended when you can’t physically distance. 

    The Ordinary Meeting of Council will also be live-streamed on Council’s website.
