- (a) Crs Hyams/Sounness. That a report be prepared on any information in the recently released State Government discussion paper, “Better Apartments” that would have been relevant to item 9.8 of the Ordinary Council Meeting of 28 April 2015, titled “Victoria’s development boom and its effect on new dwelling approvals. The MOTION was put and CARRIED unanimously.
