That Council sell the three residential aged care facilities owned and operated by Council, namely "Rosstown Community", "Spurway Community" and "Warrawee Nursing Home", and its residential aged care business conducted at these facilities, subject to Council undertaking a market process which identifies an appropriate purchaser and gives rise to a commercial agreement which is satisfactory to Council.
