Applying for a payment extension or arrangement

We have support options if you are unable to make a payment by the due date.

We understand that there are circumstances that may make it difficult to pay your infringement on time. You have the option of applying for a payment extension or payment arrangement for support if you are unable to make payment for your parking fine by the due date. The following payment options are available:

A 28-day extension of time.
A payment arrangement with Council.

Please note that we can only grant one 28-day extension for each fine. If you are still unable to make payment, please contact Council to request a payment arrangement via email to infringements@gleneira.vic.gov.au
