Glen Eira City Council hosts a range of events, festivals, workshops, tours, exhibitions and programs year-round. Stallholders and vendors can express their interest here.
Stallholder and vendor expression of interest
If you are a local business, stallholder or vendor keen to participate in a range of diverse and inclusive arts and culture events, we want to hear from you! To get involved, please complete the expression of interest (EOI) form below.
How to apply
To apply, please submit the form below.
After you submit the form, we'll send you an automatic email reply to let you know we've received it. Submitting an EOI is stage one in the application process. It doesn't guarantee participation at an event. We'll let you know by email if you've made stage two of the process, which will require more information and, in some cases, payment.
Do you prioritise certain applications?
Yes, we give preference to Glen Eira-based community groups, not-for-profit organisations and commercial vendors/businesses.
If you want to run a food stall, please be aware that we give preference to those offering healthy meal options. For further information, visit our food safety page.
Is there a fee?
The site fee for commercial vendors/businesses varies based on size, ranging from $150 to $300.
How much space do I get?
You'll get a site space of up 3 x 3 or 6 x 3 metres. Requests for more space incur an additional fee and are subject to approval.
Do I need to be registered or insured?
If you're a food vendor, you must be registered on Streatrader.
If your organisation has an ABN, you must hold your own public liability insurance of not less than $20,000,000.
