Close to the edge of the park, this tree provides significant aesthetic value as it makes a major contribution to the local landscape and neighbourhood character, especially in conjunction
with the rest of the park and the avenues of Plane Trees along Seymour Rd and Allison Rd.

With its good health and structure, this is an excellent and outstanding example of the species within the entire municipality.
