    This healthy, mature Tallowwood is the only recorded example of the species located on public land within the municipality and is prominently located on the edge of the sports oval of a popular public park.

    It has an outstanding canopy spread that is wider than the tree is tall, with good foliage density and an attractive dome shape.

    The tree has a high degree of visibility and makes a major contribution to the local landscape. It provides substantial amenity to park users and the wider community, especially by giving shading along the edge of the sport ground and parking area.
