It is a very healthy and well-formed specimen, located prominently in an elevated position within the well-maintained front garden of a corner property. The tree has a high degree of visibility along 2 streetscapes and makes a major contribution to the local landscape. It provides substantial canopy coverage and contributes to the neighbourhood character. The loss of this tree would represent a substantial reduction of amenity and benefit derived by the community.
