Clapperton Street Park

Located off Centre Road and just a short walk from Bentleigh West Primary School, Clapperton Street Park is a small, pleasant park in Bentleigh. Clapperton Street Park was established in the 1950’s by the former City of Moorabbin and has been a much-loved space for generations.

The play space expands nearly the entire park and includes:

  • swings
  • climbing elements
  • seesaw springer
  • fireman's pole
  • slides

Picnic Shelter 

Featuring a singular picnic table, the shelter provides protection from the sun and space to sit and relax while watching the kids play. 

Dog leash information

Clapperton Street Park is an on-leash area, which means you must keep your dog on leash at all times.
