Kevin Heinze GROW face to face

Finding meaningful horticulture employment can be difficult for young people with a disability. GROW Glen Eira seeks to help you on your journey to find the right job for you!

GROW Glen Eira is an exciting and innovative all abilities horticulture training program run by Kevin Heinze Grow in partnership with Glen Eira City Council. It forms part of Council’s A Community for All Abilities program, which seeks to create stronger social, employment and support networks for people living with disability in the City of Glen Eira.

The Kevin Heinze GROW program is currently recruiting for the 2024/2025 program and are hosting two information sessions for interested individuals, as well as their families and carers.

The information sessions will provide information on the current sites involved, the types of projects on offer and the accredited certification upon completion of the program. You will also see a presentation about the experiences of past participants and have the opportunity to ask questions.

If you or someone you know has a disability, is between 15–35 years old, lives in the City of Glen Eira and has an interest in horticulture, attend a session to find out more.
