Under the terms and conditions of your lease or licence, you need our written consent before you conduct any improvement works within your premises.

Please complete the form below and submit this together with a covering letter that includes any additional information such as relevant dates, start and finishing dates, the scope of works and any plans and drawings.

Please note: submitting this form does not give you landlord consent. You must get formal written consent before starting any improvement works. You may also need the necessary building and/or planning permits if required.

Under the terms and conditions of your lease or licence, the written consent of Council is required prior to a tenant undertaking any improvement and/or building works on their premises.
