Book your hard rubbish collection

Please refer to the guidelines before booking on the Hard-rubbish-branches-and-cardboard page so that your collection will not be rejected. Your collection must be under four (4) cubic metres in size.

• Once you have completed the Hard Rubbish booking form below, the collection will be arranged for the next bin collection day in your area (even if your property does not have Glen Eira bins).

• Please place your items out the night before your bin collection day. For example, if bins in your area are emptied on Friday, place items out on Thursday night for collection on Friday.

• No confirmation email is required. There is no need to wait for a confirmation email – once you have submitted your booking it is in our system and scheduled for collection.

If you live in an apartment, unit or flat

When entering your address below please type your unit/flat/apartment number first, followed by a space, then the street address.

eg. 1 989 Glen Huntly Road Caulfield (instead of U1/989 Glen Huntly Road Caulfield)

Hard rubbish collections over the festive period

The last hard rubbish collections for 2024 will be between Monday 16 to Friday 20 December, depending on your bin day.

Collections will restart on Monday 6 January 2025. You can submit a booking for the first pick up of 2025 anytime over the festive break.
