Life at Warrawee

Warrawee features 75 single rooms and 15 private units featuring a bedroom, sitting room, ensuite and garden. With options to suit all needs, you'll have great peace of mind regardless of the care level you choose. It’s a superb lifestyle.

With a thoughtful design and a home-like environment surrounded by lush grounds, we epitomise community living.

The hub of our community is in House Three, a central area that everyone has access to. Here you’ll find, a hairdresser and activity rooms to meet up with friends or just sit and relax. There’s also a courtyard to enjoy the sun and visit with family.

What services do you include in the cost?

We provide a range of services as part of your regular cost, including, but not limited to:

  • basic physiotherapy
  • pain management
  • dietary advice
  • chef-prepared meals cooked onsite
  • rotating menu
  • group activities
  • community events
  • IT for seniors
  • wheelchair-accessible transport

Do you offer services for an additional cost?

We can provide optional services for an extra cost, including:

Accommodation options

Houses One and Two

Houses One and Two have the same amenities, creating a true homely feel. They offer the following:

  • spacious rooms with private ensuite, built-in wardrobe, entertainment unit and a bedside unit with a lockable valuables drawer
  • lounge/library with a flat-screen television, DVD player, gas log fire and mantel
  • dining room with seating for 15 people
  • internal courtyard garden
  • barbecue facilities
  • communal lounge/library
  • private ensuites
  • hi/lo bed
  • air-conditioning.

House Three

House Three is the central area of Warrawee. It features the administration section and a community hub that all residents have access to. The community hub includes:

  • a hairdresser
  • a courtyard
  • activity rooms.

Houses Four and Five

Houses Four and Five have the same amenities, including the following:

  • spacious rooms with private ensuite, built-in wardrobe, entertainment unit and a bedside unit with a lockable valuables drawer
  • lounge/library with a flat-screen television, DVD player, gas log fire and mantel
  • communal lounge/library
  • dining room with seating for 15 people
  • hi/lo bed
  • air-conditioning.

House Six

House Six is more like a little house, with great features including:

  • fully furnished rooms with sitting area, built-in wardrobe and bedside unit with a lockable valuables drawer
  • private entrance and individually fenced garden area with seating
  • large lounge with flat screen television and DVD player
  • option to organise your own satellite/pay television
  • intimate dining room for 15 people with access to an outside patio, paved walkways, barbecue facilities and shaded seating
  • hi/lo bed fitted with an overhead hoist tracking system
  • air-conditioning.

House Seven

House Seven offers a range of great amenities including:

  • good-sized rooms with private ensuite, built-in wardrobe and bedside unit with a lockable valuables drawer
  • large lounge with flat screen television and DVD player
  • sensory stimulating activities that use projectors, aromatherapy and fibre optic lighting
  • French doors to an internal courtyard
  • hi/lo bed fitted with an overhead hoist tracking system
  • air-conditioning.

Applying for an aged care home

Please contact Warrawee Community on 9570 2211 to arrange a facility tour and discuss waiting list options. You also need an aged care assessment before you're eligible for an aged care home.
