Animal Registration Renewals and Reminders

Animal registrations are due by 10 April every year. Payment must be made prior to this date.

If you have recently received an SMS reminder, this is due the animal registration renewal payment having not been received by the due by date, please note that until payment is received your animal remains unregistered.  

To pay online via the Pay now portal (under Key tasks) please enter each animal’s Customer Reference number. If unsure of the number this can be requested below.

If your circumstances have changed, please complete the form below. If you have more than one animal please enter a form for each animal.

If you have misplaced or don’t believe that you have received your renewal notice please check your email inbox as well as your spam folder first, as the renewal notice would be sent from an email address of “no-reply”. If you still have not received it one will be issued to you shortly.

Council to rollout lifetime animal registration tags

Council has consulted with community members about the use of lifetime registration tags and how they would like to receive their animal registrations renewals. The majority of respondents indicated that they were in favour of a reduction in plastic and agreed that electronic notifications were a great idea.
