GLEN EIRA PLANNING SCHEME

The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C218glen to the Glen Eira Planning Scheme.

The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette. The Amendment implements the City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh 2020 by updating the policy at Clause 21.13 — Open Space and at Clause 22.12 — Public Open Space Contribution and also updates the schedule to Clause 53.01 — Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision by including the open space contribution requirement of 8.3 per cent. The Amendment also adds the following two documents at Clause 72.08:

• City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh 2020 (adopted 9 June 2020);
• City of Glen Eira Open Space Strategy Refresh 2020 Update of the Public Open Space Contributions Program (2 November 2020).
