We’ve hit the ground running with high-impact projects that make a real difference in our community. Everything we’re doing reflects what you’ve told us matters most — practical improvements, vibrant spaces, and a stronger, more connected Glen Eira.
We’re upgrading shopping strips and activity centres in key areas to support local businesses and create welcoming spaces for everyone to enjoy.
We’re currently seeking community feedback on two exciting projects:
We’ve heard from local businesses and are refreshing the landscaping along Centre Road, including improving garden beds and renewing seating areas to enhance comfort and accessibility.
We’re planning to revitalise this well-used pedestrian link between the Glenhuntly Road shopping strip and the Elsternwick Library. Improvements include a new public toilet, seating, paving and landscaping to create a more inviting space.
We want to hear from you. Your feedback will help shape these streetscape improvements.

Share your feedback between Monday 31 March and Sunday 27 April.
