In support of International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) we will be running several free events you can take part in from Monday 15 May to Friday 19 May.
Glen Eira Libraries will be posting 10 books you must read for IDAHOBIT (and beyond) on their webpage.
Keep your eyes on Glen Eira Libraries' Facebook and Instagram social media pages. From biographies to memoirs, fiction to non-fiction, for five days we will be posting a range of recommended LGBTQIA+ reads that span history, sexuality, gender, and identity.
Youth Services is hosting an IDAHOBIT themed drop-in from 4pm to5.30pm at Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub. The rainbow activities include cupcake decorating and an arts and craft activity that promotes open-minded thinking.
