We are aware that the City of Monash has disclosed that, following an internal review of its infringement appeals process that it has concerns regarding its level of compliance with the requirements of the Infringements Act. It is important to note that no two councils’ contracts or processes with Tenix are identical.

We are aware that the City of Monash has disclosed that, following an internal review of its infringement appeals process that it has concerns regarding its level of compliance with the requirements of the Infringements Act. That is a conclusion Monash has reached on the basis of the internal review processes it adopted.

It is important to note that no two councils’ contracts or processes with Tenix are identical.

We have considered our unique arrangements and are of the view that Glen Eira City Council’s infringement reviews have been undertaken in a manner that is consistent with our legislative obligations under the Infringements Act.
