McKinnon Library will close on Tuesday 27 September at 8pm as we prepare to move the books home to Bentleigh.
You can borrow or return your items and access all our other services at Caulfield, Elsternwick and Carnegie libraries or online after McKinnon library closes.
After an 18-month construction period, the new Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub will open on Wednesday 26 October with a family-friendly Open Day. We are so excited to open the doors to this new and accessible library and community facility.
Youth Services will continue to run community programs until Wednesday 19 October from McKinnon and will be available for youth worker support by appointment only.
And while the library and youth services might be moving to its new home, something else is coming to McKinnon — watch this space!
Visit library.gleneira.vic.gov.au/hub for more information and updates.
