If you have a pool or spa that was constructed on or before 30 June 1994, you need to lodge your first certificate of barrier compliance by Wednesday 1 June 2022.
When we receive the certificate, we will send you a written notice, which confirms:
The cost of lodging the certificate is $20.44

The Victorian Government has extended the deadline for registering private pools and spas with local councils from 1 June to 1 November 2020.

In the coming days, Glen Eira swimming pool owners will be receiving correspondence from Council’s Planning and Building Compliance team requesting that information be confirmed to formalise the registration of their pools and spas.
