If you are out and about and see something that needs attention, there is a quick and easy way to report it. Snap Send Solve eliminates the complexity of knowing where and how to report incidents on the spot.
Easy for community members to use, reports using Snap Send Solve take less than 30 seconds to make. To make a report, simply follow these steps:
All our residents are encouraged to report issues with trees, pavement problems, graffiti, dumped rubbish, broken street lights, trolleys, water faults or any areas of concern in the local community via the application.
The application forwards the incident through to the correct council or relevant authority.
