When do our Parking Officers work?
- Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm
- Saturday, 7.45am to 9pm
- Sunday, 10.30am to 7pm
All reports received outside these hours are actioned the next day.
Please note: Parking Officers are not available on public holidays.
How to report an offending vehicle
There are two ways to report a vehicle you believe is breaching the road rules:
- Lodge an illegally parked vehicle request using our online customer service portal.
- Call us on 9524 3333 (8am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday).
