Sick Figs were crowned the winners of the 2018 Sounds of Glen Eira.

Sick Figs were crowned the winners of the 2018 Sounds of Glen Eira.

Organised by Council’s Youth Leadership Team, 150 people attended the annual event, which provides musicians and vocalists the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience.

The all-girl-band from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College Bentleigh won two days of recording in Youth Services Plugged In music studio with a professional sound engineer who will record, mix and master their tracks.

Runner-up was Maskit Matityahu and the People’s Choice Award was won by Nth Road.
