2019 Sounds of Glen Eira

One of Australia’s best rock bands, You Am I is set to wow Glen Eira at Council’s first Party in the Park event for 2020.
To be held on Saturday 18 January from 6pm at Packer Park, Leila Road, Carnegie, You Am I have been involved in the Australian music industry for 30 years.
You Am I is fronted by guitarist and vocalist Tim Rogers along with band mates Russell Hopkinson on drums, Andy Kent on bass, and Davey Lane on guitar. The ARIA award-winning band will be joined by producer, singer and songwriter Woodes, and the 2019 Sounds of Glen Eira runner up Chloe James.
Bring your family and friends, a blanket and picnic or choose from a range of onsite food vendors.
Future Party in the Park events will be held on Sunday 16 February and Sunday 15 March.

Despite reported issues with SKM recycling facilities and major disruptions in the recycling industry, Council’s recycling service remains unaffected and recyclables from our waste services are not going to landfill.
