Council will consider Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP)’s six options to upgrade the cycling connection between Glen Huntly and Caulfield stations at its 21 May 2024 ordinary Council meeting.
We heard from more than 900 residents during our community engagement campaign, including extensive feedback and views on the LXRP’s latest plans for the cycling connection in Caulfield East.
You can read both the Council report and community engagement summary report as part of the meeting agenda on our website.
The report considers the community engagement outcomes as well as Council officers’ advice on strategic planning, engineering, risks, and amenity impact to make a recommendation to Council.
Council will consider the report at Tuesday’s meeting before making any decision on which option it prefers. Members of the community are welcome to attend the meeting or view it online.
Attend in person: Come to the Town Hall from 7.30pm, Tuesday 21 May 2024. The meeting is at the Council Chambers, 420 Glen Eira Road, Caulfield.
