Council recently digitised all paper-based planning applications in order to improve the efficiency of the application and payment process.
All planning applications can now be submitted online via our ePlanning Service.
In addition, you’ll be able to request site history, written confirmation of the requirement of a planning permit, copies of existing planning permits, endorsed plans and officers’ reports.
Council will continue to accept paper-based planning applications, however in order for us to be able to process these, a flat fee of $50 for A3/A4 sized documents and $100 for A2+ sized documents will apply.
We recommend that any persons wanting to submit an application register for an account as soon as possible — confirmation of registration can take between 24 and 48 hours.
For further information, visit Council's website or contact Council’s Service Centre on 9524 3333.

Despite reported issues with SKM recycling facilities and major disruptions in the recycling industry, Council’s recycling service remains unaffected and recyclables from our waste services are not going to landfill.
