To celebrate International Day of People with Disability, Council will host a free Activities Day on Wednesday 4 December.
People of all ages and abilities are welcome to come along to Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre between 9am and 1.30pm to try a range of different activities including: Zumba, basketball, gymnastics, netball, cricket and softball.
International Day of People with Disability is part of a worldwide celebration that occurs on 3 December every year. The day brings together individuals, businesses, community organisations and governments to celebrate and acknowledge the contributions, skills and achievements of people with a disability.

Despite reported issues with SKM recycling facilities and major disruptions in the recycling industry, Council’s recycling service remains unaffected and recyclables from our waste services are not going to landfill.
