Our aged care support services
We provide a range of services to support older people and their carers to live independently in our community.
To access our services you must first register with My Aged Care. To find the cost of our services, download our In Home Support and Social Support Services Fees.
From 11 November 2024, services provided under the Commonwealth Home Support Program will be provided by Bayside Care and Support (Bayside City Council) on behalf of Glen Eira City Council.
